Flory previously was responsible for administration teams for EMEA for Thomson Reuters based in Geneva and Zurich. She is currently responsible for company-wide reporting, data analysis, systems and processes. Flory has her Versicherungsvermittler VBV qualification as insurance intermediary.

Flory enjoys boot camps, reading historical fiction and ice skating. She speaks fluent English, French, Spanish, Italian and is native Romanian.
