Maksym Skotarenko

Maksym joined MWC Group as an intern during his final year of studies at the University of Malta. After graduating with a first class honours degree in Banking and Finance, he joined the MWC Asset Management team, where his current role involves assisting in portfolio management decisions and day-to-day operations of the firm.

In October 2020, Maksym passed the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, also known as Series 65, and became a licensed investment adviser representative in the US. He also holds the Advanced Certificate in Fund Administration awarded by CLT International.

He is currently studying towards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, planning to sit for the Level 1 examination in November 2021. In his spare time, Maksym enjoys digital photography, snowboarding, modern art, as well as trading his own financial account.
