Complaints
You can complain about any of our products or services, in writing or verbally. Write to complaints@mwcgroup.ch or to Manentia Wealth Consulting Group AG, Ober Altstadt 18, 6300 Zug.
If you complain verbally, we will write a short summary and ask you to confirm it.
We acknowledge every complaint within one business day. If our investigation is not complete within 15 working days, we will write to tell you when to expect our response.
If you are not satisfied, you can ask the Swiss financial ombudsman, Finanzombudsstelle Schweiz (FINOS), Talstrasse 20, 8001 Zurich, www.finos.ch, to mediate. The procedure is free or low-cost for you.
Conflicts of interest and third-party payments
We act honestly, fairly and in your best interests. We identify conflicts of interest between us and our clients, and between clients. We record them in a register and manage them through:

documented product selection;

fair allocation of orders;

rules on staff personal dealing;

approval of outside roles.
We may receive payments from product providers, such as retrocessions on certain investment funds and commissions on structured notes and third-pillar insurance products. This is a small part of our business. Where it applies, we tell you the nature and amount, or how it is calculated, and agree with you in your suitability report that we may keep it, before you proceed.
If we cannot manage a conflict, we tell you before we act, or we decline to act.
Order transmission
We do not execute orders ourselves. We pass them to the banks, platforms and insurers that hold your assets, and they execute them under their own policies.
We take all reasonable steps to get the best possible result for you. Price and total costs come first, then speed, likelihood of execution and settlement, size and the nature of the order. Your specific instructions take priority.
We accept instructions in writing. Orders received after 14:00 CET, or on a Swiss bank holiday, are placed on the next working day.
